Step 1
First talk to your child about how many friends she/he is thinking about inviting. Keep in mind that the more children that come the more you will spend since each child has a limit to spend in the store.

Step 2
After you get the number of children that is coming to the party decide the limit that the children could spend. Minimum is $10 for each child. So each child will have an opportunity to spend as much as the limit you set. The workers will make sure the children don't pass the limit.

Step 3
Call Build a Bear and let them know how many children will come and make an appointment. You will pay an initial deposit and the rest later.

Step 4
The day of the party meet up with all the children and walk into the store together. You will be assigned an employee who will handle the entire group the whole time.
