  • Squash
  • Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

      Cut the stem and base end off each squash and zucchini with a sharp knife. Slice the squash in 1/2-inch slices either lengthwise or in rounds.

      Brush the squash and zucchini slices with a thin layer of olive oil on each side. Sprinkle the slices with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Add garlic powder if you want the added flavor.

      Turn the vegetables and coat the other side with the oil, salt and pepper mixture. Place the slices flat on the grill surface.
