Things You'll Need:
- Dried or fresh herbs
- water
- something to heat water
- tea ball or strainer
- non metal container for tea.

Step 1
Heat cool water to a boil or as hot as you like it. Just make it hot enough to get the most out of your herbs.

Step 2
You will need 2 tbs of fresh or died herb for every cup of water you use.
Put these herbs in your cup (in your tea ball or not, you can strain the herbs when finished) -
Step 3
When the water is hot, pour the water over the tea.

Step 4
Let the herbs steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your tastes.

Step 5
Strain the herbs out or take out the tea ball.

Step 6
If you like sweet tea add the sweetener of your choice.

Step 7
You can drink your tea iced or hot.
