Why not make the most out of each bottle of olive oil you purchase? Continue reading to learn how to recycle olive oil.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Let the olive oil cool in the frying pan for thirty minutes after you have finished cooking.

  2. Step 2

Place a piece of cheesecloth on top of a bowl or cup. If you don't have cheesecloth, you can use gauze.

  3. Step 3

Pour the used olive oil into the bowl and allow the cheesecloth to strain any of the cooking debris out of the oil. You can keep a bowl next to your stove to use on a regular basis to store any used olive oil.

  4. Step 4

Use the olive oil to shave your legs, polish your wood furniture or treat a sunburn. You can also use olive oil instead of a lotion or cream, as bath oil or to bake a cake.
