Place the bagged item in the water compartment of your coffee maker. Just remember to remove the item before using the coffee maker.

    • 3

Tape the bagged valuables to the back of your refrigerator, or put it into an empty box of baking soda within the fridge.

    • 4

Place the items into an empty and cleaned ice cream carton.

    • 5

Attach the bag to the bottom of the sink held within a cabinet. The back underside is even better.

    • 6

Avoid places that can be easily turned over or are a target to be rummaged.

Tips & Warnings

  • The refrigerator method can act as sort or a "savings account" for you, too. It's a lot of trouble to get to any cash back there, so you're less likely to spend it if you don't have to.

  • Use freezer bags for heavier items so the bag is less likely to rip.
