1. Obtain an MPEG4 to VOB application. Quick Media Converter and Leap Free All Converter (see Resources) can convert several file formats, including MPEG4 to VOB. Both programs are completely free to use. Further programs may be accessible as well to complete this task.

2. Use the options. In Quick Media, click the "Expert Mode" button in the toolbar. This will allow you to change the "Output Format." Select the "Video Options" tab. Change "Format" to "VOB." With Leap Free, modify "Format" on the right side to "VOB."

3. Insert files to convert. With Quick Media, click on the "+" button on the left side. Pick an MPEG4 video file and press "Open." In Leap Free, click the "Add" plus button. Pick the video file and select "Open." Add multiple MPEG4 files by repeating the process.

4. Alter the MPEG4 video file to the VOB format. In Quick Media, press the "Circle Arrows" icon on the left side, two from the bottom. With Leap Free, select the "Convert" icon.
