   Becoming a restaurant critic is much easier than a person may think. You don’t have to be a Hollywood celebrity or work for a television network to be a restaurant critic. All you have to do is pick about 5 restaurants per week that you plan on visiting for a meal. Essentially, once you figure out the five restaurants you will visit, all you need to do is to secure a reservation and bring your wallet and a small notepad.

   Mezzaluna Restaurant

   You may want to select a different type of restaurant each night. For example, Italian one night, followed by a French eatery and possibly Mexican or Chinese. You should let the staff know what you are doing; you may even get a free meal out of them. You should take careful notes about every aspect of your entrée as well as the type of service that you receive.

3. Once you have completed your reports, you can freely publish them on the Internet or try to get a local newspaper interested in publishing your findings. If your material is never printed, you can still have some fun.
