Smoothies are refreshing, tasty, easy and quick to make at home. The ingredients are pretty much up to the user, so the smoothie can be anything from a mix of fruits just for taste or a health drink. The only necessary items are the blender and some kind of fruit. Does this Spark an idea?

  • Choice of fruit
  • 1 1/2 cup milk or yogurt

Instructions

      Place one to two cups of fruit, fresh or frozen, in the blender.

      Add 1 1/2 cups of milk or plan vanilla yogurt to give the smoothie some extra thickness. Add any powders or extra fruit and 1/2 cup of ice.

      Blend the mix for about 30 seconds, or until it is smooth.
