Here are some things you can do to burn a couple extra calories if you don't have the time to work out. :]

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • yourself
  1. Step 1

When sitting at a chair at work...school...or even in your own kitchen, tighten up your stomach. Hold for about 15 seconds and then release. Do this for a couple minutes to work out your abs.

  2. Step 2

Also, you can do the same thing to tone up your legs. Tighten up your thigh muscles for about 15 seconds and then release. This will work out your legs. Repeat for a couple minutes.

  3. Step 3

Also...instead of walking around...run aroundd! If your in the living room and want to go into the kitchen...run there. It may be a short distance but it uses more calories than walkingg. Also, stand in place for 20 seconds and run in place..football style..(except you don't need to drop and to the floor and start doing push-ups lol)

  4. Step 4

If you are standing in line or waiting around, rise up onto the balls of your feet and then lower back down (as if you were standing on your tip toes.) Repeat for several minutes. This will work out your calves.

  5. Step 5

If you are near a wall..do wall sits (where you put your back against the wall and lower down until you are in a seated position) Hold for 20 seconds and then stand back up. Do for about 2 or 3 minutes. This will work out your legs, core, and butt.
