How to Change Gmail Background or Theme
Are you tired of the same old Gmail? It is just so white and plain. How about adding some color or an interesting theme? Google's Gmail includes a theme feature to spice up the Web interface and personalize it. The theme you apply is visible from any Web browser. Keep in mind that it may not be visible on some mobile browsers or Gmail apps for mobile devices. The procedure is reversible if you get tired of your theme or want to change back later.

Log into your Gmail account using your preferred Web browser. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page to access your Gmail settings. Click the "Themes" link on the right top of the new page.

Scroll through the available themes to see which one you want. Click on a theme to apply it. The theme is immediately visible. Click another theme to try a different one.

Click the "Inbox" or any of your mail labels to return to the regular mail interface. To change back to the default theme, click the "Classic" theme at the top of the "Themes" page.

Thanks for that:) But I had another question: How can I change my theme so that it's linked to the weather? Like my friend changed her theme so that whenever it rained in Chicago, it would show that on gmail. Or like if it was sunny, it would do the same. Thankyou! :)
