Download DVDVideoSoft's media converter free (see resources). Install it on your computer.

Launch your program, and click "Browse" on the top panel. Locate your downloaded Imeem Flv audio file from its location on your computer.

Click "Open" to load it to your program. Click "Browse" by the Output MP3 file window and select the location to which your file will be saved after it has been converted.
