How to Open Microsoft Publisher Files

Microsoft Office Publisher is a very simple program to use. If you are familiar with opening files in the other Office programs, you will find that opening Microsoft Publisher files is exactly the same. Before opening files in Publisher, be sure that you know where you have saved the files so that you can easily access them once you are in Microsoft Publisher 2003 or Publisher 2007.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Go to "File" on the top toolbar.

  2. Step 2

    Select "Open."

  3. Step 3

    Locate the file that you would like to open. It is important that you know where you have saved the file.

  4. Step 4

    Click on the file that you wish to open to select it.

  5. Step 5

    Click "Open." Or, you may double-click on the file to open it.
