How to Clean Hurri Virus

The Hurri virus is known for causing problems on computers. Similar to other viruses, it can corrupt files, interfere with the functioning of your computer, and compromise personal information stored on your machine. The Hurri virus is frequently found by an anti-virus program but is not cleaned from the computer. Because leaving the Hurri virus on your computer could result in damage and identity theft risks, it is imperative to utilize a program capable of fully removing the virus from your machine.

Instructions

1. Download Spybot Search and Destroy. Spybot is known for being able to detect and remove the Hurri virus. After downloading Spybot, make sure to update all of its engines and immunize your computer as directed.

2. Restart your computer in safe mode. To do this, restart your computer while tapping the F8 key. When prompted, select the "Safe Mode" option from the menu. This will bring you to your desktop in safe mode.

3. Open Spybot and perform a scan while you are in safe mode. Fix all problems and reboot your computer. Don't tap the F8 key this time, as you want your computer to start normally.

4. Scan your computer using your regular anti-virus program once you are logged on to your normal desktop. The Hurri virus should be completely cleaned from your computer. If it is not, repeat steps one through three and check again.

5. Keep your anti-virus and Spybot Search and Destroy up to date at all times. This will help to ensure that Hurri or other viruses do not attack your computer and cause you further problems. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
