Open a new page. When a new document is opened in Dreamweaver, the software gives the user the option of choosing what kind of page he wants to open. While a person may choose from one of these options, he can have more flexibility if he simply opens a new blank document. To do this, choose "Open new HTML page" on the template selection page. Save the page by going to "File" and then clicking on "Save as."

2
Create a table. To create a table on the page, go to the toolbar and select the word "Insert." Then select "Table." After this, Dreamweaver will ask about how many rows and how many columns it should create. Type in 30 rows and 30 columns. These rows and columns will be merged later.

Continue merging cells and inserting images, graphics and text. Repeat the merge cell process for each area on the page where graphics and images will be placed. If Flash exists, place Flash into the page by copying the code used to create the Flash in the Adobe Flash application. Then return to Dreamweaver 8.0 and select the cell where the flash should be placed. Choose the "Code" tab on the top left of the page. Then press "Ctrl+V" to paste the Flash code into the page. Click back on the design tab to see the normal page view.

And links to the page by clicking on a cell. At the bottom of the page, choose the option that says "Create Links." This tool allows a user to place multiple hyperlinks on a page. In the places where a link should be placed, drag and click in the area where the link will be. Then enter the complete URL address of the page that the image will link to.

Click on the preview button at the top of the page. If the preview looks normal, save the page by clicking on "Ctrl+S." Tips & Warnings
Make several links. The more links the document has, the more likely it is to show well in search engine optimization results.
Do not forget to test each page before it is published. It is much easier to fix a page before it is published then it is to fix it after it has been made live on a website.
