How to Make Mini French Bread Pizza

Things You'll Need
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Cookie sheet
- Foil

Purchase one loaf of fresh, unsliced French bread. Buying sliced French bread is an option, but the slices are usually very thin and the sauce may soak through the bread. Cutting your own slices helps.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Using a sharp, serrated bread knife, slice the French bread into rounds approximately 1 ½ inches thick.

Line a cookie sheet with foil (dull side up) and place your slices of French bread on top.

Spoon spaghetti sauce on each round, spreading it thinly over the surface of the bread.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the rounds. Top each round with pepperoni slices, or another topping, such as olives or peppers.

Bake the mini French bread pizza rounds in the center of your oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
