Step 1
Anywhere two or more people gather is a good place to meet singles. That may sound simplistic, but if you view everyone as a potential person of interest, your world will expand. Every-time you step outside your door, you should be on the hunt, some of the most rewarding relationships I have experienced were happenstance. Bumping into the right person at the right time has accounted for more than a few lasting friendships.

Step 2
There are things happening outside of the city limits that bring people together, not all single, but there are always a few in any crowd. Fairs, sporting events, and concerts are all good places to mingle. Don't be shy, if you see someone you are interested in, then find a way to converse with them. The worst that could happen is they may not be interested in you, no big deal, just move on.

Step 3
Churches and Synagogues are still one of the most reliable places to meet good and decent people. Don't attend just for that, but always keep an eye out for that finger without a ring on it. If you join a church for the right reasons, and become active in it, you will meet singles.
