Things You'll Need:
- 6 lamb chops
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large rosemary sprig
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Remove the extra fat from the lamb chops and place them in a bowl.

Combine the olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the lamb chops to marinade for 30 minutes.

While the lemon and rosemary lamb chops are in the marinade, preheat the broiler. Remove the chops from the marinade after 30 minutes. Broil the lamb chops for 10 minutes. Turn the lamb chops and broil on the other side for 10 minutes as well.

Step 4
These lemon and rosemary lamb chops are perfect served in the spring with new potatoes and peas.
