Social networking is about sharing and MySpace provides plenty of opportunities to do just that. Photos, videos, status updates and personal information, such as your school and employer, are visible to people with access to your profile. With a public profile, that information can be seen by anyone, including potential employers. If you would rather keep your social network under wraps, you can protect your privacy by setting your profile to be viewable only to those on your friends list. The process is the same, regardless of whether you're using a Profile 2.0 layout or another version.
