Vinegar offers instant relief.Add one cup of vinegar to your bath water. Vinegar draws the heat out and offers relief for up to one hour after bathing.
You can also add half a cup of vinegar and half a cup water to a spray bottle for instant sun burn relief. -
Step 2
Cold cream can be refridgerated until needed.Apply Noxzema cold cream to your skin. Originally designed as to be sold as one of the sun burn remedies, this one works great.
It doesn't have to be the Noxzema brand, either. As long as it's a cold cream, it relieves the burning. Apply the cold cream and do not rub it all the way in. -
Step 3
Use toothepaste.Apply toothpaste to the sun burn. Toothpaste is another great remedy few people know about.
Although there is no certain brand, make sure to use the paste and not the gel. Apply on the worst areas of your sun burn.
