Things You'll Need:
- Condoms
- Various Water-based lubricants
- scissors (to cut the condoms, if needed)
- Patience
-
Step 1
1. Try a latex condom that does not contain spermicidal lubricant.
-
Step 2
2. Try several different brands of condoms. Different condom brands use different lubrication. Often times the lubrication on the condoms is what is causing irritation.
-
Step 3
3. Make sure you are using plenty of waterbased lubricant. Lack of lubrication may cause friction, therefore leading to irritation.
-
Step 4
4. Cut two square out of a condom. Tape one square to each of your upper arms. One square should be taped on with the lubricated side down, where the other should be placed with the lubricated side up. Leave this on for 24-48 hours. This will help determine what you're sensitive to.
