The first thing that needs to be done is to place your hair into a tight little ball on the top of your head. Location of the hair ball is key to having a marvelous weave ponytail that makes you look fabulous. For the most part, weave ponytails look best higher up on the head, therefore, place your real hair in a small ball atop your head.

Next, take the weave ponytail and examine it. The portion that opens up with elastic and stretches is where your real hair will go as you pull that weave ponytail over the top of your real hair. There should be combs and an adjustable string attached to this opening as this keeps it attached to your real hair.

When you have the weave ponytail in place, use the string to tighten or loosen the ponytail to your liking. Afterward, tuck it up underneath with your real hair. Fluff the weave ponytail out, and your new look is created in less than five minutes.
