If you have a business it's critical to the success of your company to join the Twitter craze. That's right, start tweeting! You can triple your sales by using Twitter and here's how.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Sign up for Twitter if you have not already. Place banners and links on your website, blog, and attach to your email messages. Your links at the bottom of your emails and your banners will be asking potential customers to follow you on Twitter.

  2. Step 2

As your followers increase you are going to need to incorporate contest, special deals, discounts, and promotions for your Twitter followers. Make your payoffs small, simple, and easy for people to win. The fact that the prize may be small, say $5 to $10, you can offer prizes to lots of followers.

  3. Step 3

Pay off your monetary prizes via PayPal so your followers can get their prizes instantly. This will create a buzz for your followers because although it's only a small amount, people like to get easy cash, no matter what the amount. It's something about that email you receive from PayPal stating, "You've Got Cash!" And when they realize that cash is from your company this will generate more interest and word will spread about your company.

One prime example, Dell Computer announced recently that it brings in 3 Million in sales via Twitter.
