Here are a few tips on how to loosen up your body from any and all physical tension. A lot of people in these world have tension some where in there body. Read on.

  1. Step 1

    You should try to get a massage. This is probably one of the best and easiest way to loosen up tension in your body. You may want to try to get a professional as well.

  2. Step 2

    You should eat at a consistent pace. Many people who go on for a long time without food will decrease in energy and increase in adrenaline. This will cause your body to have a great deal of tension since you have energy from adrenaline rather than food.

  3. Step 3

    You should make sure you are eating a good amount of fruits and vegetables everyday. THis will help you with your mental as will as physical health and relaxation because your body is getting its proper nutrients.

  4. Step 4

    Try to stop doing things that will cause you to have tension. It could be sitting in a certain chair, calling someone you do not like, driving on a certain street or eating a certain food. What ever it may be reduce or get rid of it as soon as you can. Doing a stressful activity will cause more and more tension.

  5. Step 5

    Make sure you are getting enough exercise. Make sure you are doing an exercise that you enjoy or it will cause even more tension.

  6. Step 6

    Every day or few days a week try to have a time to yourself where you can relax. You should lay on a comfortable sitting an think about happy thoughts.
