We all know how easy it can be to go to the gym too exercise your body. But there are no weights or machines that help keep your eyes healthy. Do exercises for your eyes can keep them in good shape and reduce strain.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Sit down in a chair and rub your hands until the get warm. Now close your eyes and place your cupped palms on your eyes very gently. Do not put any pressure on your eyes as they can pop tiny blood vessels in them which cause your eyes to be red. You should leave them on your eyes for about 3 minutes or so.

  2. Step 2

    You can close your eyes for about 5 seconds very tightly then open them for about 5 seconds. You can repeat this a few times every day.

  3. Step 3

    Close your eyes and give them a massage with the tips of your fingers for a few minutes. Make sure your touch is very light and gentle or you can damage them.

  4. Step 4

    Sit down on your bed or an a comfortable chair and relax. Then move your eyes in a circular motion while blinking each time you go around. You should do this about 5 times.

  5. Step 5

    Stand or sit against a wall with another wall on the other side facing you. Now begin to look at the wall and pretend you can write on the wall using your eyes. Make big long letters so you can get the best out of it. You shouldn't move your head while doing this.
