For the bride that wants a relatively tame bachelorette party, a slumber party might fit the bill. After all, this will probably be her last slumber party ever! Here are some ideas on how to proceed.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Gather and plan for delivery of your typical slumber party foods. You will want ice-cream, cookie dough, pizza, chips, and/or Chinese food. Make sure you are choosing foods that the bride will love, and that many of the other girls will love too. You don't want one person to be left out because they don't like or are allergic to something.

  2. Step 2

Rent or purchase movies for a movie marathon. Show all wedding movies, all love story movies, all classic movies, or a combination of the three. It might also be a good idea to re-watch some of the brides favorite movies or even some home movies of the bride and groom.

  3. Step 3

Don't forget to provide nail polish, facial masks and hair treatments to apply as part of the party festivities. Take special care to treat the bride with a facial and other treatments, and make the products available for all the other guests to use.

  4. Step 4

Do the beauty treatments and gossip first, and finish the night off with popcorn and frozen mixed drinks so everyone can relax. Give a prize to the last person to fall asleep... if you can determine who it is.

Tips & Warnings
  • Have everyone bring sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets, and supply towels for beauty treatments.
  • Only invite people who get along and are closest to the bride. Remember, you are spending the whole night together.
