How to Manage Your Facebook Block List

The social networking site Facebook, allows you to block unwated contact from other Facebook members. If you block someone, they will not be able to find you in a search of Facebook, see your profile, or interact with you through Facebook channels. These simple steps will show how to manage your Facebook Block List.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    You need to make changes to the social networking software settings. At the top right-hand of your facebook page, go to “Settings” and then “Privacy Settings.” Scroll down and look for the “People Block” section. In the Block Person box type in the name of the person you want to block, and click button “Block.”

  2. Step 2

    Facebook will then search all the profiles for the name you entered and present the result on a new page. Find the desired profile and select “Block profile.”

  3. Step 3

    Now the person is in the block list and you are back to you privacy settings. Above the block button you will see your “Block List.” To remove a name from that list, look for “(remove)” and select. The name will disappear and they are now unblocked and designated access to your profile is restored.
