How to go to Koh Chang, Trat, Thailand

There are 3 ways to go to Koh Chang from Bangkok.
1. Private car: self drive, car, motorbike, taxi, limousine
2. Private and joined public transfer services: bus, mini bus, van
3. Airplane (Bangkok Airways)

Instructions

1. For travellers who arrive at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (New Bangkok International Airport).
   - Take public transfer services at Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Koh Chang ferries at Trat province.
   - There are 2 ferries, 1. Koh Chang Ferry (at Ao Thammachart) - recommended ferry, 2. Centre Point Ferry.
   - Distance 320 kilometers (4-5 hours)

2. After you arrive at a ferry pier, you buy a ferry ticket and go to the ferry. Travelling time is about 30-50 minutes (5-9 kilometers) depending on ferry piers. You can find some snacks and drinks on the ferry. The ferry can carry cars, motorbikes, and people. A ferry ticket is about Baht 120-160/person/round trip.

3. When you arrive at Koh Chang, you will see a lot of taxis to bring you to hotel. Prices are about Baht 50-200/person/one way (from Koh Chang ferry to White Sand Beach, Pearl Beach, Klong Prao Beach, Kai Bae Beach, Lonely Beach, Bai Lan Bay, and Bang Bao Bay).
