How to Convert FLV to MPEG With Open Source Software
FLV is a video file format that stands for "Flash Video Format." This format is very commonly used for streaming videos over the Internet. FLV files require a Flash player or Flash plug-in to be viewed. MPEG, on the other hand, is a video file format that is more versatile and can played on most video players. You can convert FLV to MPEG using open source software. Open source software is free software that can be used by anyone. Furthermore, open source means that the code of the application can be improved by anyone willing to work on the software program.
