How to Cancel a Blockbuster Subscription

You love movies but don't always have the time to stop at the video store. You want the flexibility of renting movies from your home, so you sign up for Blockbuster Online. After a while, you decide you would like to cancel the subscription. Canceling the Blockbuster Online subscription takes just a few simple steps.

Instructions

1. Sign into your Blockbuster Online account.

2. Find the "My account" tab and click on it to access your account information. You will be routed to a page with all of your account options listed.

3. Click on the cancel button under the subscription plan section. This takes you to another page, where you can change your plan or change your mind and keep your subscription.

4. Click the "No, thanks. Please just cancel my subscription" link in the middle of the page, to the right. You will be taken to another page, in which you will be asked why you want to cancel your subscription.

5. Select your reason for cancellation. There is also a section where you can write feedback or comments for Blockbuster. Next you will click on the blue box marked "Continue with cancellation." Again you will be given an option to keep your subscription.

6. Clicking on the box marked "Continue with cancellation" takes you to the cancellation confirmation page. This page will inform you that you have successfully canceled your subscription with Blockbuster Online.

Tips & Warnings

• If you have the free trial and do not want to pay for the subscription, be sure to cancel before the free trial has expired. Once you cancel, your membership will continue until your renewal date.
• Any outstanding movies must be returned, or you will be charged.
