Things You'll Need:
- 2 eggs, coconut oil, frying pan, lemon pepper
-
Step 1
Coconut OilStart by prepping your frying pan. Make sure you add a few table spoons of coconut oil to grease the pan. Besides allowing the eggs to cook without sticking to the pan, coconut oil is great for your health. Just do the research yourself. Not to mention it adds a nice coconut flavor to the eggs.
-
Step 2
Next set your stove top heat to low. You do not want the heat on too high because it can cause the eggs to burn. Crack two eggs and place them in the pan. Allow the eggs whites to begin to solidify and move the eggs around in the pan to prevent them sticking to the bottom. Cook until preference is reached. The shorter the time the runnier the eggs. I like my eggs cook more thoroughly.
-
Step 3
Sprinkle some of this good stuff on there. When eggs are finished, turn off the stove and remove the eggs with a spatula placing them on a plate. Next add some lemon pepper on top to give it a tangy flavor. I like to eat mine with toast, but regardless it is a delicious meal. Give it a try!
