There are so many things to write about that it's amazing to find that many people struggle coming up with good topics to write about on eHow. A great start to making sure you always have topics to write about is to keep a small notebook and pen with you at all times. This way, if you have an idea you will be able to jot it down wherever you are.

  2. Step 2

eHow is based on writing How-to articles. There are so many things each of us know how to do that writing articles about the things you know already how to do should be a fairly easy task. When you think this way, it's easy to see how simple it is to avoid writer's block on eHow.

  3. Step 3
write an eHow article on how to make your favorite cookies

Take out your notebook and jot down things that you do on a frequent basis. Perhaps you are very efficient at cleaning the bathroom in as little time as possible. Your family might tell you that your chocolate chip cookies are the best they have ever had. Maybe the last time you washed your dog, you found a way to make it easier and he didn't seem to mind the bath.

  4. Step 4

How can you turn all of this knowledge into an eHow article? Easy! Write it. The best articles are those that come from things you experience or do every day. Share the steps to making your bathroom clean in just minutes. Give out that awesome chocolate chip cookie recipe. Write up a step by step article on how to get your dog clean without stress.

  5. Step 5
write about how to get children ready for school without stress

It has been said that knowledge is power. Make your knowledge work for you and you will do well on eHow.

Make a list of ways you have simplified your daily life. Perhaps you have come up with ways to cut down on the time it takes to get your children ready for school. Ideas like these are more useful to readers than yet another article about getting rich overnight.

  6. Step 6

Ideas are everywhere you turn. When you are in the midst of doing something, ask yourself if other people might be interested in learning about it. This is how you will find topics to write about and you will avoid writer's block on eHow!

Tips & Warnings
  • always write original articles
  • post pictures with your articles to make it more interesting
  • check your spelling
