As a Bartender I have come up with several drinks myself. This is one of my customers favorites, termed the Bailey's Knockout, It tastes like Bailey's Irish Cream but backs a tequila punch that sneaks up on you and sends you stumbling:D

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bailey's Irish Cream
  • Tequila
  • Shot glass - not essential
  1. Step 1

Pour a quarter shot of tequila into the bottom of your shot glass. Any tequila will do but I have found that if you are drinking on a budget this shot is marvelous at covering up the burn and taste of a cheap tequila.

  2. Step 2

Pour the Bailey's over the tequila and fill to the top of the shot glass.

  3. Step 3

This drink is normally served at room temperature, no chilling but may be chilled or enjoyed over ice if preferred.

  4. Step 4

    serve and enjoy:D

  5. Step 5

If this is to be made into a drink instead of a shot, the same ratio is to be used in the same order simply increase the amount of Bailey's and Tequila and pour over ice into a glass tumbler.

Tips & Warnings
  • you may add more tequila to taste if you prefer
  • Do not let sit for a prolonged period of time as Bailey's, mixed with just about any liquor, will curdle if left to long.
