How to Install Microsoft Search

The office can be hectic and frustrating when important files are missing or cannot be traced in time. Windows now offers a simple program to combat disorganization. Microsoft Windows Search is a program that helps you locate and organize files, folders, emails and attachments your computer with just a few clicks. It sports an easy-to-use interface that allows you to move, copy, burn, attach, delete or drag and drop files wherever you need them in one click.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Navigate to the Microsoft Windows Search page (see Resources).

  2. Step 2

    Click "Get it now" on the home page. Scroll through the Microsoft Windows Search downloads and click the appropriate link for your version of Windows.

  3. Step 3

    Click "Run. " The download will begin. When it is complete, the installation window will automatically open.

  4. Step 4

    Click "Next" on the installation window, and read the License Agreement. Click the "I Agree" radio button to confirm and click "Next." The program will install on your computer
