How to Enable Java & Cookies
JavaScripting is a language that is used by many websites to improve functionality, validate forms and detect browsers. For websites to perform optimally, it has to be enabled. Cookies are small text files that websites use to store information about your browsing history, settings and preferences. Cookies are stored in folders on your browser system and can contain information such as sign on names. Many websites use cookies and will not work properly unless they enabled.

Enabling Java and Cookies in Internet Explorer

Open your Internet Explorer web browser and click "Tools" on the top panel. Scroll down and click "Internet Options."

Choose the "Security" tab. Then click "Custom Level." Scroll down to scripting. Click "Enable" radio button under Active Scripting. Select "OK" and Yes to confirm and save your changes.

Click the "Privacy" tab and then click the "Advanced" button. Choose the "Override automatic cookie handling" check-box.

Select the "Accept" radio button under the first and third party cookies to enable them. Click "OK" twice to save your changes. Refresh or restart your web browser.

Launch your Mozilla Firefox browser and click "Tools" on the top panel.

Scroll down and click "Options." Click the " Content" tab and then click the "Enable JavaScript" check-box.

Click the "Privacy" tab and click the "Accept cookies from sites" check-box. Click "OK" to save your changes and then restart your web browser.
