Zune software is a free media program developed for Zune players that allows you to manage, upload and view songs, pictures, videos and other media entertainment. This easy-to-use program syncs your player to your PC easily. With system changes and multiple processes running on a PC, Zune software can become corrupted and freeze constantly. Removing and uninstalling the program, and killing its running processes, is the best solution before performing a new installation.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Click "Start" on your computer screen and click "Run." Type "appwiz.cpl" and hit "Enter." This will bring you to the programs window.
