• Faux-leather red jacket
• Faux-leather or velvet material
• Sewing machine
• Two buckles

Instructions

Making a Michael Jackson Jacket

1. Purchase a red faux-leather jacket.

2. Purchase black velvet or faux-leather material.

3. Cut seven strips of black material three inches wide. Measure the jacket at the arms, body, wrist and waistband of the jacket, and cut the material length-wise to match those measurements.

4. Sew the strips on each arm and wrist, two down the center of the jacket and one around the waist.

5. Sew a buckle at the intersecting position of the arm bands and wristband on the jacket.
