Poor diet. One of the leading factors in getting acne in general. You're eating lots of fried food, drinking a lot of pop, and eating tons of sweets. Start eating more fruit, which is especially healthy for your skin. Avoid eating those fried foods, like fried skin, or chicken wings, burgers, and steak all the time. Eat more vegetables too.

2
Shower after work-outs. Sweating can cause pimples, if you don't clean your skin after a workout. After a workout, get into the shower. The dirt and oil mixes with the pores, which will cause breakouts.

Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Water flushes out toxins. Water in general is great for your skin, tightens it up. Water stimulates the circulation of blood flow. Water helps keep your skin hydrated. Those who have poor skin condition, probably aren't getting much water in them. I've personally notice remarkable differences myself, drinking more water. Just the overall look in your skin improves dramatically.

Take Vitamin E. Protects your skin in general, against free radicals that damage skin cells. Getting Vitamin A in your nutrition also is great against the fight of a clear skin.

5
