Dead Sea Salts are rich in iodine, calcium, potassium and sodium among other minerals. These minerals are excellent for relieving pain in the body from muscles and joints. A warm bath with Dead Sea Salts is sure to make you feel rejuvenated.

There are many bath salts available, but authentic Dead Sea salts contain the most minerals. These are some tips on making an enjoyable bath with Dead Sea salts.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Buy authentic white and fine Dead Sea salts, honey, and a bottle of your favorite essential oil. Oils such as lavender, jasmine, tea tree and grapefruit pink are good to add to this rejuvenating bath and for your skin. Get ready for this bath just before bed time to relieve tension and stress.

    Mix three teaspoon of honey, 8 drops of the essence oil of your choice and two cups of Dead Sea salts in a plastic bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Take the bowl to the bathroom.

    Fill up your tub with warm water (don’t use hot water), get in and wet your entire body. To apply the salts, get up and scrub the salt mixture all over the wet body. Take your time exfoliating the body. When done scrubbing; soak in the tub for 15 to 20 minutes allowing the salts in the water to penetrate your skin.
