Things You'll Need:
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 fresh herbs such as lemon verbena, mint and sage
- 5 cups of peeled fruit like pineapple, mango, kiwi, pears star fruit papaya, nectarines and grapes
- 1 ripe banana sliced thick

Step 1
Combine the water, lemon juice, and your herbs into a small saucepan. Make sure you do not chop cut or dice the herbs. You are adding herbs to fragrant the pot so leave them as is.

Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Remove the mixture from the heat.

Now stir in honey and let that steep for about 30 minutes or until your liquid is flavorful.

Next you want to strain the mixture, and then just place it into the refrigerator to cool until very very cold.

Combine fruit into a large bowl. Now gently pour the honey mix all over the fruit and gently toss with a big spoon to coat. Cover the chill for about an hour. Serve and enjoy!
