The world's healthiest dishes contain fruit. This delightful dish combines different juices with fresh fruit making for a wonderfully surprising treat. It smells great too!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 fresh herbs such as lemon verbena, mint and sage
  • 5 cups of peeled fruit like pineapple, mango, kiwi, pears star fruit papaya, nectarines and grapes
  • 1 ripe banana sliced thick
  1. Step 1

Combine the water, lemon juice, and your herbs into a small saucepan. Make sure you do not chop cut or dice the herbs. You are adding herbs to fragrant the pot so leave them as is.

  2. Step 2

Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Remove the mixture from the heat.

  3. Step 3

Now stir in honey and let that steep for about 30 minutes or until your liquid is flavorful.

  4. Step 4

Next you want to strain the mixture, and then just place it into the refrigerator to cool until very very cold.

  5. Step 5

Combine fruit into a large bowl. Now gently pour the honey mix all over the fruit and gently toss with a big spoon to coat. Cover the chill for about an hour. Serve and enjoy!
