You can alphabetize your e-mail address book in Juno. Alphabetizing the address book can make finding contacts and sending e-mails a bit easier.
The primary way to alphabetize the e-mail address book is to organize the entries by name, but you can also organize them by e-mail address, phone number and address. The Juno software will alphabetize in such a way that mass mailing list entries will appear at the bottom of the address book list, allowing names and individual contacts to appear in alphabetical order first. The list can be alphabetized from A to Z or Z to A, with entries starting with a number appearing first.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Open up the Juno software program. If you have an earlier version of the Juno software, it is recommended that you download the latest version of Juno.

  2. Step 2

Reopen the Juno software if you have just updated to the latest version. Go into the Address Book. You will see columns with headings going across the top of the Address Book.

  3. Step 3

Click on the column heading that you want the address book to be alphabetized in. For example, clicking on the 'Name' column will immediately alphabetize all entries according to name from A to Z, with any names starting with a number appearing first with the lowest number.

  4. Step 4

Click the same column heading again to reverse the order, and begin with the highest number to lowest number, followed by entries beginning with Z, and descending to A.

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember that the individual name entries (such as a friend or relative) will always appear in order before e-mail address entries that are part of a mailing list.
