Stimerex is a weight-control tablet that includes a fat burner. Stimerex is considered a pharmaceutical-grade dietary supplement that reportedly attacks the fat on the thighs, hips, and buttocks. The product was developed after a medical-research team studied approximately 120,000 subjects. Stimerex contains lipotropics and herbs, and is patented as a fat-burning system that helps prevent sugar cravings, controls appetite, and burns calories. For best results, take according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Stimerex weight-control tablets
  1. Step 1

Take one Stimerex tablet, three times a day, with a large glass of water. Begin with one-half of a pill if you are just starting Stimerex.
Some people are sensitive to stimulants, and can have reactions to them. If you are not feeling adverse side effects, such as a racing heartbeat, after taking one-half of a pill, then take the other half.

  2. Step 2

Do not take more than four tablets in a 24-hour period.

  3. Step 3

Do not take Stimerex for more than 12 weeks at a time.

  4. Step 4

Discontinue taking Stimerex immediately if you experience shortness of breath or a severe headache.

Tips & Warnings
  • Stimerex increases metabolism. Stimerex without ephedra is available, but might not be as effective.
  • Because Stimerex contains ephedra--a powerful stimulant--be aware of harmful side effects like: increase in heart rate, constricted blood vessels, high blood pressure, chest pains, sudden diarrhea, and a jittery feeling. Stimerex also can cause dizziness and nervousness.
