Instructions

Place the meat or other product you will be slicing on the carriage.

    • 2

The clamp on some slicers will have little points sticking out so that you can securely hold the product in place while you glide the product into the slicing blade. Make sure that this clamp holds the product firmly.

    • 3

Set the dial for the specific slice thickness you desire. Turn on the power. You can slice one piece and check to see if the thickness is correct. Adjust the slice dial until you have the correct thickness.

    • 4

Use the hand lever to glide the product back and forth on the slicer until you have finished slicing the product. Turn off the power when done.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure that the blade guard is always attached before using. Never stick your fingers near the blade unless the power is shut off and the blade has stopped spinning.

  • If you are slicing cheese, use Pam to spray on the blade and front gliding surface. If a piece of food is stuck in the blade area, turn off the slicer and remove. Then resume slicing.
