Install the Windows Mobile 6 desktop software. You can do this by inserting the disc that came with your phone into your computer's CD-ROM drive. An installation program will pop up - agree to the terms of service, and click "Next" to install the software.

Start the Windows Mobile 6 desktop software. Accomplish this by clicking on its icon on your Windows desktop, or if you've deleted that icon, it can be found in the "START" menu.

Connect your Windows Mobile 6 phone to your computer using the included USB link cable. One end of this cable plugs into your phone, while the other plugs into an empty USB port on your computer.

Drag the files you want to sync to your phone into the "Sync" window in the Windows Mobile 6 desktop software. You can simply drag these files from your hard drive into the program window using your mouse.

Click "Sync" in the Windows Mobile 6 desktop software; this will transfer the files you've selected from your computer to your phone via the link cable. They will now be accessible in Windows Mobile 6.
