How to make Hawaiian kielbasa

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 lbs of polish kielbasa
  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • 1 jar Heinz chili sauce
  • 2 cans water
  1. Step 1

How to make Hawaiian kielbasa is an easy task. If you like to put a different spin on one of those things you eat often. It is a sweet and sour taste. This is a real change from the kielbasa you eat mostly. I have had it grilled, fried, and with sauerkraut. But my mom made this one day and I liked it for a change. You will need your crock pot. This is an easy way to keep your house cool in the summer also. You will first need to slice your kielbasa in one inch slices.

  2. Step 2

You will then put your kielbasa into your crock pot. You will then add your bottle of Heinz chili sauce. Then you will add you can of pineapples to your crock pot. You will then fill the can that your pineapple came in twice with water and add this to the pot also. You will then stir all of this together. You will set your crock pot on low.

  3. Step 3

I let this cook for 3 hours on low until heated through out. Kielbasa does not take long to cook. You will need to watch this the first time due to the fact that everyone's crock pot cooks differently. This was another fun recipe to try. Everyone gets tired of eating the same thing day in and day out. Trying new things can open your eyes to new things. I have learned that you do not have to be afraid of trying new things. The worst thing that could happen is that some one will not like it. But we got to remember that every one has different taste.
