Things You'll Need:
- computer
- yourself
-
Step 1
Call centers or Virtual Call Centers are popping up everywhere online. A Virtual call center is basically where you work from your home as a call agent either receiving inbound calls from people desiring information on a product or outbound calls to prospective buyers. To become a call agent read on....

Step 2
First off, becoming a call agent is not as easy as it seems, there are test to take and pass and you need to have more than just basic computer knowledge. There are also personality test to take to see if you fit the bill, if you are motivated to work at home, have a computer that can handle the newer software then you may qualify.

Step 3
Here are a few companies to choose from if you want to become a Virtual Call Agent.
Arise.com
Liveops.com
West.com
These are just a few and the testing is the hardest part, testing requires some thought and most test you are allotted 1 hour to complete the test. I would suggest researching the questions on your computer than just guessing the correct answer, all questions are written so they can be found on you computer. The pay averages about 9 bucks an hour and some are less some are more. make sure you understand all pay plans before agreeing to any contract. US based call centers are more reliable in my opinion.
