How to Unclog a Toilet Without a Plunger Quickly

Everyone has a toilet that won't flush at some time or another. But using a plunger to unclog a toilet is disgusting. Well here is a trick that is almost guaranteed to unclog a toilet without a plunger in no time. I have used this myself often and you may find that you don't even need to keep a plunger around anymore.

Things You'll Need

• Dishwashing Liquid

Instructions

1. Take any brand of dishwashing liquid and squeeze about two tablespoons as far down into the toilet as possible. Do not use a plunger or any other type of device. Don't worry, the dishwashing liquid will not suds up in the toilet.

2. Close the toilet lid and allow to sit for approximately 10 to 15 minutes to unclog the toilet.

3. Flush the toilet and the clog should be gone. On rare occasions, you may need to repeat the above steps twice to unclog a toilet without a plunger.

Tips & Warnings

• Note that this does not work for toys that are flushed down the toilet.
