How to Set Auto Fill
Auto fill allows you to complete forms on the Internet with just 1 click of a button. Personal details such as name, street address, phone number and email address can be saved and automatically entered in the appropriate fields of the webpage. The Google Toolbar has a built-in feature that allows users to quickly and easily set up profiles to auto fill forms.

Download and install the Google Toolbar (see link in Resources). Open your preferred web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) and you will notice the Google Toolbar located just below your top menu.

Click the "Wrench" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the toolbar. Click "Options" from the sub-menu. Click the "AutoFill" tab and select the "AutoFill" check box at the top of the window.

Click the "Add New" link under the "Profiles" tab. Update your information as needed in the profile fields. Click "Save."

Click the "AutoFill" button in the Google Toolbar to fill forms on websites automatically.
