Avocados are so healthy. If you love gucamole, avocados in anything, and then some check this out.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Avocados
  • Avocado Oil
  • Vegenaise
  • Salsa
  • Lemons
  1. Step 1
     

    Eyes.
    Eat a few slices of avocados every day to protect your vision. Avocados are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, and anitioxidants. They also have lots of ingredients that are natural to keep your eyes healthy so you will not have problems down the road.

  2. Step 2

    Cancer keep away.
    Because avocados have natural ingredients to keep cancer cells away eat more. These unique fruits have nutrient rich folate, C and E.

  3. Step 3
     

    Check out my ehow on here for gucamole. If not I will share it here. Take 1 avocado without the pit of course, 1 Table spoon veganaise, and 2 Tablespoons salsa with a squirt of lemon. The healthy fats from avocados help you absorb nutrients. Tomatoes are great for you, too.

  4. Step 4
     

    Avocado spread.
    Mash up avocado on your roll up or sandwich . More filling than regular spreads.
    Add avocados to your egg white frittata. Throw some slices in your salad with flax seed.
