      EXERCISE - Exercise every day. Seven days a week choose a cardio routine such as walking, swimming or jogging. Work up to 60 minutes per day, but you can start at any amount. Even if you can only walk 10 minutes today, you can slowly increase the amount each day. Six days a week you should also do a weight training workout out that you can alternate each day. Legs one day then arms, next back, etc. Always alternate your weight training so that you are not working out the same area of your body twice.

      EATING - Change your eating habits today.

      AVOID - Junk food, fast food, high fructose corn syrup foods, partially hydrogenated foods, white flour foods, sugar foods, and saturated fat foods.

      50% of your daily food intake should be fruits and vegetables. Every time you sit down at a meal look at your plate to see if it is 50% vegetables.

      INCLUDE - Fresh fruits and vegetables. Whole grains such as steel cut oats, brown rice, whole grain pasta, sprouted bread and whole grain bread. Lean meats such as turkey, chicken, fish, and low saturated fat meat. Eat right to get the bikini ready body that you want.

      INCREASE METABOLISM - Boost your metabolism by eating every two hours from the time you get up in the morning until 6 pm. Do not eat later than 6 pm each evening.

      Also boost your metabolism by drinking cold water throughout your day until you have consumed at least 64 ounces. In cold weather times, eat warm foods such as soups and chili.

      MENTAL CONTROL - Don't let self doubt take over your progress. Keep going on the right path no matter what happens. If you fall of the wagon and forget to work out one day or eat the wrong things, don't worry about it. Get right back on track the next day.
