Things You'll Need:
- Exfoliating scrub (can also make one by using a handful of coarse sea salt and an oil of your choice or liquid soap)
- Razor or Veet Mousse depilatory
- Aloe vera gel
- Finishing Touch Personal Hair Remover (optional)
-
Step 1
Clean the area where you plan to remove hair. Use soap, followed by an exfoliating scrub, and massage into skin in a circular motion. Rinse.
-
Step 2
IF USING VEET MOUSSE:
Thoroughly dry skin before applying the product. Apply aloe vera gel if your skin is sensitive. Without rubbing it off, apply a layer of the mousse generously on the skin in a downward motion; avoid rubbing it into skin. Wait 3-8 minutes before rinsing off. -
Step 3
IF USING RAZOR:
With skin still damp, apply olive oil, exfoliating scrub, or a shaving gel to the area and shave in the direction of the hair growth to avoid ingrown hairs and razor burn. -
Step 4
OPTIONAL METHOD:
Use Personal Touch to remove hair, and follow with a razor if desired. -
Step 5
AFTER REMOVAL:
Apply aloe vera gel or oil of your choice to prevent chafing and help skin retain moisture. If using razor or Personal Touch, a moisturizer may be applied directly to the skin instead.
